 The students who r far frm parents far frm families and staying in guardianless accomodations then attention and alertness very much needed .... Either it is anyones birthday or any fighting types issues but roaming on the road is not good late at night ....So it is obviously neccessary to be the guardian of own .....None is your guardian here  but your parents or families looking you day and night with hope to perform well in studies and for excellent carreer ahead ....In such types atmosphere Its your responsbility to stay with some kind of self made rules ...disciplined acts if to fulfill your parents or own academic dreams .. So i would like to remind you to be alert towards study and career....Few students already destroyed their dreams by wasting their valuable time staying nearby.... Its your responsbility or duty to recognize such types of students and become self focussed as your families r looking with hope ....That hope must be kept by you.... By becoming a guardia...

 A teacher should be the human being first.. He/She should be an ideal for his/her students Real meaning of religion he/she should have in his/her mind ... Region and community should not affect his/her opinions by any way ... If a teacher will b biased then who wil make next generation universal .... A teacher should be the most intelligent and full with diversity.... He/she have  humanitarian approach only .. Whatever a teacher teaches it affects deeply even frm childhood... Whenever i do see any teacher and his/her opinions  towards any community based upon religion region language or colour then it pains.. It is people who do make any family or society or any state .... When we do say उदार चरितानाम वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम then it should be reflected in our approach or day to day behavior .... If these r missing in any teacher then he can not be any ideal teacher .... A teacher is always a guiding soul of any society or state or even earth ...
